Are you interested in  PhD or a post-doc position ?
The PhD in the Netherlands works generally by contacting the supervisor of interest by an email for available PhD positions. Please be aware that there are good number of scholarships available for the PhD program in the Netherlands. The details of the scholarship program is detailed here. 

Various options are available for PhD and postdoc positions instituted by European Union. The offers specific to your field of interest  can be checked here
Often times, its also useful to subscribe to mailing list specific to your field such as,  this for chemical/bio physics. The more general ones would be such as Researchgate, findaphd, scholarshipdb etc. 

Internship(For Masters)

Overseas Indian Facilitation Centre (OIFC) is a non-profit government venture setup by the Government of India, Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs in collaboration with CII, India’s apex industry chamber. OIFC has been designed to guide and facilitate the needs of Indians staying abroad.  

OIFC is trying to connect the Indian origin students studying abroad with the mainstream Indian corporate. For the Programme, OIFC has tied up with 23 Top Indian Companies like Apollo Hospitals, Blue Star, Flipkart, Forbes Marshall, Godrej, Infosys, Kirlosker Brothers, TATA Chemicals, TATA Consultancy Services, TATA International, TATA Trust, Trent, TCS, Wipro, etc to offer 60 short term (2-6 months) paid internships to the students of Indian Origin studying in international universities.

This initiative is aimed at students of Indian Origin pursuing Post Graduate studies in Management, Engineering and Science & Technology. The internships will begin in the summer of 2016.
